Terms of Use

1. Acceptance

By creating an account at WatchPlug AI, you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any provision, do not use the service.

2. Service description

WatchPlug AI is a SaaS platform that connects to your Shopify store (and optionally Google Analytics 4 and Meta Ads) to provide automatic optimizations: AI collection reordering, price suggestions, ABC product classification, scheduled campaigns, and reports.

3. Registration and account

You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activities performed under your account. Notify us immediately in case of unauthorized use.

4. Plans, trial, and payment

• We offer Starter ($39/month), Pro ($149/month), and Enterprise ($349/month) plans, charged in USD via Shopify App Billing, on your Shopify store invoice.
• Starter and Pro include a 7-day free trial. The card is registered at signup but charged only after the trial ends. Enterprise does not include a trial.
• Subscriptions renew automatically each month until canceled.
• You may cancel anytime through the dashboard. Access remains until the end of the paid period.
• We do not offer proportional refunds for unused periods, except as required by law.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any illegal, fraudulent activity or activity that violates third-party rights.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code.
• Overload the infrastructure, perform DoS attacks, or bypass rate limits.
• Share credentials with unauthorized third parties.
• Resell the service without express authorization.

6. Third-party integrations

WatchPlug integrates with Shopify, Google Analytics 4, and Meta Ads. By connecting these accounts via OAuth, you authorize WatchPlug to access the data necessary to provide the service, as described in the Privacy Policy. You are responsible for complying with each third-party platform's terms.

7. Automatic optimizations and responsibility

WatchPlug applies AI recommendations to your store. In manual mode, all changes require your approval. In automatic mode (Pro/Enterprise), changes are applied without prior approval. You are solely responsible for reviewing, approving, and monitoring optimizations. All changes can be reverted via the rollback feature.

8. Intellectual property

All WatchPlug AI software, brand, design, and content are our property or licensed to us. Your store's data remains your property — we grant only a limited license to provide the service.

9. Limitation of liability

WatchPlug is provided "as is." We do not guarantee specific sales, conversion, or ROI results. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount paid by the customer in the last 12 months. We are not liable for: (i) lost profits, (ii) data loss caused by third parties, (iii) unavailability of Shopify, GA4, Meta, or other integrated platforms, (iv) business decisions made based on recommendations.

10. Availability and SLA

We strive to keep the service available 24/7, but scheduled maintenance or unforeseen infrastructure failures may occur. We do not offer a contractual SLA on current plans.

11. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your account in case of violation of these Terms, default, fraudulent use, or request from competent authorities. You may terminate your account anytime through the dashboard.

12. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Relevant changes will be notified by email at least 15 days in advance. Continued use of the service after notification implies acceptance.

13. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. The jurisdiction of São Paulo/SP is elected to resolve any disputes.
